John B. Brady

John B. Brady, age 58, of Dahlonega, GA, died Thursday, November 28, 2013, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, GA following a sudden illness.

John was a lifelong resident of Lumpkin County and was of the Baptist faith. He was employed at Fieldale Farms.

He was the son of the late Benton and Mary Brady.

John is survived by his wife, Jackie Brady; son and daughter-in-law, Jonathan and Melissa Brady; daughters and son-in-law, Vanessa and John Sanders, and Ashley Brady, all of Dahlonega, GA; grandchildren, Bethany Sanders, Savannah Brady, and Alice Wynn; special great-grandson, Jason Sanders; brother, James Brady, Dahlonega, GA; mother-in-law, Annie Lou Parks, Dahlonega, GA; special cousin, Johnny Brady, Dahlonega, GA. A number of other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for John are scheduled for 2 PM Sunday, December 1, 2013 at Philippi Baptist Church in Lumpkin County.

Rev. Jason Fuller, Rev. Cotton Harris, Rev. Tim Hicks, and Rev. Dewayne Payne will officiate.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega, GA on Saturday, November 30, 3013 from 1 PM until 9 PM and again on Sunday from 10 AM until time of the service.
