Carolyn Lawson Vollenweider

Carolyn Lawson Vollenweider, 75, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away December 2, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband of forty-three years, Paul Vollenweider. She is survived by her children, Julie and Clay Robbins, Alpharetta, GA; Wendy Vollenweider, Alpharetta, GA; brothers, Woody and Susie Lawson, Chattanooga, TN; Wayne and Rubye Lawson, Spencer, TN; James Lawson, Dunlap, TN, sister-in-law, Ida Vollenweider, Suwanee, GA; three step-grandchildren, six step-great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mrs. Vollenweider was born August 19, 1938 in Tennessee. She was a graduate of Van Buren County High School, Spencer, TN. She was a homemaker and a member of Shadowbrook Baptist Church in Suwanee, GA.

Funeral service will be 3:00 pm., Friday, December 6, 2013 at the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Linkous officiating. Interment will follow at Peachtree Memorial Park, Norcross, GA.
