J.O. Garrett

Mr. J.O. Garrett, age 84, of E. Tugalo St., Toccoa, GA, passed away Friday, December 6, 2013, at the Stephens County Hospital.

A son of the late Judge H. and Ollie Loudermilk Garrett, he was born May 5, 1929, in Stephens County, GA, where he lived all his life. He was veteran of the United States Army having served in the Korean War. He retired from the Coats and Clark textile industry. He was a member of the Toccoa Pentecostal Holiness Church, a member of the VFW
