Mattie Sisk Jackson Walden

Obituary Date: Saturday, January 25, 2014
Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Monday January 27, 2014 in the Ward's Funeral Home Chapel for Mattie Sisk Jackson Walden age 82 of Gainesville. Pastor Paul Flynn will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Walden passed away Saturday January 25, 2014.
Mrs. Walden was born in Hall County to the late Albert Lester Sisk and Lille Mae Grindle Sisk. She retired from Mar-Jac Poultry after 45 years and was of the baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her Husband Spence Walden, Brothers, Frank Sisk, A.L. Sisk, Theo Sisk, Daughter-in-Law, Sandra Jackson and Sister-in-Law, Jeannette Sisk.
Survivors include Sons and Daughters-in-Law, Hoyt T. and Sara Jackson, Gainesville, Royal Lee and Kay Jackson, Cleveland and Daughter and Son-in-Law, Madlyn Sue and Ray Shockley, Lula, Sister-in-Law, Birtees Sisk, Cleveland, Grandchildren and spouses, Shane and Angie Shockley, Demorest, Stacey and Chris Harkins, Gainesville, Deticia and Brad Chambers, Cleveland, LaRae and Jake Godfrey, Gainesville, Melissa and Cory Camp, Gainesville, Darrick and Suzanne Jackson, Cleveland, Melanie and Chris Sims,, Clarkesville, Jonathan and Nikki Jones, Cleveland, 14 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great Grandchild and several other nieces and nephews.
