Mr. Rabon Gee Carder, 77 of Gainesville died Friday February 21, 2014.
A life long resident of Hall County, Mr. Carder was the son of the late Carey Leco and Eula Mae Tapp Carder. He was a retired projectionist with a number of the Drive-In Theatres in Gainesville and was a member of the Murrayville Congregational Holiness Church.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Carder, Gainesville; daughter, Cathie Sue Tanner, Gainesville; grandsons, Corey, Neil, and Clint Tanner, all of Gainesville; great grandchildren, Jordan Smith, Stormy Smith, Ashley and Sophie Tanner, Justin, Devan and Marcus Tanner.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday February 23, 2014 in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home. Rev. Phil Wills and Rev. Mike Gaines will officiate. Interment will follow in the Murrayville Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday Feb. 22, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
