Randall Eugene Reed

Mr. Randall Eugene Reed, 65 of Gainesville died Tuesday April 1, 2014 at his residence.

A lifelong resident of Hall County, Mr. Reed was the son of the late William Rivers and Ruby Nell Lancaster Reed. He was retired from Benton-Georgia, Inc. where he worked as a foreman.

Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, Scott and Melissa Reed, Gainesville; Todd and Tammy Reed, Cleveland and Jeremy Reed, Gainesville; grandchildren, Amy, Angela, Junior and Amber; brother, Harold Gary Reed, Gainesville; sisters, Carolyn Rylee, Gillsville; Hazel Hawkins, Maysville and Glenda Ross, Gainesville. A number of nieces and nephews also survive.

Mr. Reed is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Florene Reed.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday April 4, 2014 in the Little & Davenport Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Ken Anderson will officiate. Interment will follow in the Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday April 3, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
