Jacqueline Sims Hoffman, age 75, of Buford, GA passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2014. She is survived by her children, Joseph Hoffman and wife Brenda, Stockbridge, GA, Richard Hoffman, Peachtree City, Stephen Hoffman, Lilburn, GA and LeeAnn and Robert Messer, Dacula, GA; grandchildren, Michael Hoffman, Matthew Hoffman, Becky Irvin, Shane Messer and Blake Messer; sister-in-law, Nettie Sims, Stockbridge, GA; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Hoffman was born August 1, 1938 in Atlanta, GA. She was a 1956 graduate of Brown High School in Atlanta and was retired from John Harland Company after twenty-four years of service. She was a member of Sugar Hill United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 13, 2014 in the Chapel of Sugar Hill United Methodist Church, 4600 Nelson Brogdon Boulevard, Sugar Hill, GA 30518 with Pastor Richard Hunter and Rev. David Glover officiating. Remains will be placed in state at the church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery, Atlanta, GA.
