Betty Dean Edging

Betty Dean Edging, age 81, of Buford, GA passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2014.

She was preceded in death by her former husband, Wayne Edging. She is survived by her son, Michael Wayne Edging, Las Vegas, NV; sisters, Billie Manning, Buford, GA and Mary Headley, Irvington, VA; four grandchildren; one great granddaughter. She was a miracle born February 6, 1933 in McDonald, TN.

She lived in Richmond, VA and later in Farmville, VA until she moved to Buford, GA.

She was a 1951 graduate of Cairo High School. She ran Ace Auto Parts in Buford, GA. Betty was a professional songwriter for many years and had Billboard Chart success with some of her compositions.
