Charles Allen O'Kelley

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Charles Allen O'Kelley, age 51, of Madison, who passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2014. Mr. O'Kelley was born in Atlanta, GA, a son to the late Charles James O'Kelley and the late Clara Mae Jones Murray. Mr. O'Kelley was a Brick Mason with Bobcat Concrete and attended Rutledge First Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife Bernice O'Kelley of Madison; step-daughter and husband, Shannon Burnett and Michael Prentiss of Monroe, step-son and wife, Shawn and Monique Whatley of Jackson; granddaughters, Cassidy Burnett, Miranda Whatley; great grandchild, Isabella Lira; brother, Brian Keith O'Kelley, Winder, sisters, Rhonda Roebuck, Rutledge, Tracy Croy, Winder, Jennifer Groover, Winder and several nieces and nephews.

The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 1:00pm in the Rutledge First Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Gant officiating. The burial will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery in Eatonton. The visitation will be held from 12noon to 1pm on Saturday in the Church, prior to the service.
