Robert Harkins

Robert Harkins, age 72 of Suches, passed away Monday, September 1, 2014 at his residence.

Mr. Harkins was born August 12, 1942 in Dahlonega to the late Homesley and Corena Patterson Harkins. He was known for his love of his Simmental cows and he was a farmer. Mr. Harkins was preceded in death by his sister, Marie Harkins and brother Larry Harkins.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Robyn and Chris Still, Cleveland; son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Susan Harkins, Suches; sisters, Barbara Harkins, Suches; Betty Dyer, Alexandria, VA; grandchildren, Holly, Zeb, Caleb, all of Suches; Zac, Riley, and Harris all of Cleveland.

Memorial services are scheduled for 3:00 PM Sunday, September 7, 2014 at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church in Suches, GA.
