Bertha Allen

Mrs. Bertha Allen age 76 of Dahlonega passed away on September 28, 2014 at her home. Ms. Allen was a Lumpkin County resident since 2002 and previously from Alpharetta, GA and Maryland. She was a very influential person to family and friends. She was and always will be the strongest woman they have ever known.

She is preceded by her parents John Folks Sr. and Claire Henderson, and her husband Willard Edward Allen.

She is survived by her children Janet (James) Burrow of Dahlonega, James (Renee) Goodman of Dahlonega, Ellanora (Kevin) Poole of Luthersville, GA, Nella (Robert) Ranniger of Dahlonega, and Virginia (Charles) Meredith of Glen Burnie, MD; sister Rose Rak of Apache Junction, AZ. Nine grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren also survive.
