Joyce Kathleen Norton, age 74, of Dacula, GA went home to be with her Lord on Monday, September 29, 2014. She is survived by her husband of fifty-six years, Donal Norton, Dacula, GA; sons and daughters-in-law, Keith and Kathy Norton, Young Harris, GA, and Kevin and Becky Norton, Greenville, SC; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Annette and Jack Cavendar, Anniston, AL; and two nieces. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Pastor Craig Dale, Rev. Darryl Dale, and Rev. Ted Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Crest Lawn Memorial Park, 2000 Marietta Blvd., NW, Atlanta, GA 30318. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ivy Creek Baptist Church, 2500 Ivy Creek Road, Buford, GA 30519, in memory of Kathleen Norton.
