John S. Crosby

John S. Crosby, 87, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2014 after a brief illness.



Mr. Crosby graduated from Berry College and also attended Georgia State University. He was an accountant in private practice in Macon for forty years. He enjoyed Atlanta Braves baseball, UGA football, fishing, his family, and big band music.



Mr. Crosby is survived by his wife of sixty-three years, Nancy P. Crosby; sons, John S. Crosby, Jr. (Nancy) of Macon, Jeffrey Scott Crosby of Hoschton; daughters, Virginia C. Gray (Mark) of Hoschton, Judy C. Lord (Jeff) of Dothan AL., Amy C. Ward (Jeff) of Flowery Branch, twelve grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.



He was preceded in death by his grandson, Joseph Scott Crosby.



Private services and interment will be at Macon Memorial Park. Rev. Alex Stroud will officiate.
