Home Going Services for Ms. Betty Ann Watkins will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2014, 2:00 pm at Mount Zion Baptist Church, 4000 Thurmond Tanner Road, Flowery Branch, Georgia, 30542. Rev. Dr. Emmerson Ross, pastor/eulogist. Internment Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.

Ms. Betty Ann Watkins was born on December 7, 1946 to the late Tommie and Sheba Watkins. She went home to be with the Lord on December 7, 2014 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. She was preceded in death by two brothers.
Betty attended Fair Street High School and retired from Northeast Georgia Medical Center. She loved her family, her church and others. She was a friend to all and a friend to behold.
Betty never married or had children. She leaves to cherish her memory four sisters: Arlene Underwood, Barbara (Charlie) McIntosh, Evelyn (Leon) Holcomb and Carolyn Mize all of Gainesville, Georgia; one brother Willie (Shirley) Watkins of Atlanta, Georgia; four aunts: Mrs. Ellen Cheek, Mrs. Hattie Brown, Mrs. Alice Mae Watson, and Mrs. Annie Williams; one uncle Willie B. Watkins; nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
Family and friends will assemble at 1137 Desota Street Gainesville, Georgia at 1:00 pm.
