​Mrs. Tricia Elliott Terrill, 68 of Gainesville died Friday December 19, 2014 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a sudden illness.
A lifelong resident of Hall County, Mrs. Terrill was the daughter of the late Edwin and Thelma Pirkle Elliott. She was a graduate of North Hall High School and was employed as a Personal Line Sales Agent for Sidney O. Smith where she started on August 25, 1982. She was Insurance Woman of the Year in 1987, President of Insurance Professionals of Gainesville 1986-1987 and 1992-1993, she also volunteered at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center in the Window Shop. Mrs. Terrill was a member of the Chestatee Baptist Church.
She was the most amazing Mother and Worlds GREATEST Nana.
Survivors include her daughter, Tiffany Terrill Martin, Gainesville; grandchildren, Luke, Tyler and Katelyn Martin; brother and sister-in-law, Everett and Beth Elliott, Gainesville; special niece, Denise Elliott; nieces and nephews, Cindy and Ron Gossett, Angie and Richard Ferguson, all of Gainesville; 3 great nephews and 1 great niece also survive.
Mrs. Terrill is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband of 35 years, Larry Terrill.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday December 22, 2014 in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home. Rev. Powell Sailors, Rev. David Skinner and Rev. Cecil Reeves will officiate. Interment will follow in the Chestatee Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday Dec. 21, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the Chestatee Baptist Church Building Fund, c/o Arlen Pirkle 4872 Mt. Vernon Road, Gainesville, Ga. 30506.
