Jean Marie Albano

Jean Marie (Sessa) Albano, 67, of Murrayville, GA peacefully departed January 02, 2015 at the Oaks @ Scenic View in Baldwin, GA. Born April 16, 1948 in Chicago, IL, daughter of the late Eugene & Irene Sessa. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Joseph J. Albano.



She is survived by her three children: son Steven Albano & wife Maria, daughter Cheryl Albano-Yanick & husband Jay, and daughter Christine Brazeel & husband Chad. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren: Brittany Albano, James Wood, Kaitlyn Albano, Iliana Albano-Yanick, Joseph Wood, Michael Albano, Arali Albano Yanick, and Evelyn Brazel. She is also survived by her siblings: sister Diane Golab & husband Danny (deceased), brother Joseph Sessa & wife Mary Ellen, and brother Guy Sessa.



Jean spent her early years as a licensed beautician and later worked in the service industry as an associate manager. It was during her later time as a homemaker that she enjoyed managing a household and hosting family events with Joe. Her passing is a reminder to all of the importance of family in creating a fulfilling & meaningful life. She will be interred with her husband in the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA at 1:30 pm on January 9, 2015 after funeral services at Mount Caramel Christian Church at Stone Mountain, GA at 10:30 am.
