Lillie Lois Baker

Obituary Date: Friday, January 23, 2015
Lillie Lois Baker, 82, of Clayton, GA went home to be with the Lord Friday, January 23, 2015. She was born in Rabun County and was the daughter of the late Lonas "Bill" Baker and Dovie Nichols Baker.

She is survived by one sister, Florence Dickerson of Clayton and two nieces, Carol Cragg and her husband, Dale of Tiger, Robin Phillips and her husband Neal of Loganville and one nephew, Billy Dickerson and his wife Sherry of Clayton.

Ms. Baker worked as an inspector for Claybourne Manufacturing and was a member of Timpson Presbyterian Church.

She loved gardening, quilting and crocheting. She enjoyed making prayer shawls for the church. She liked to take care of everyone and was from the old school, that if you came to visit, you had to eat.

The family will receive friends at Beck Funeral Home Monday, January 26, 2015 from 11 AM to 1 PM. Funeral services will follow visitation at 1 PM in the Beck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeff Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in Persimmon Community Cemetery.
