Janet Christine Mitchell

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, announces services for Janet Christine Mitchell, age 62, of Athens, passed away on Tuesday February 17th, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Ed Ramsey and Elizabeth Ware Ramsey. Survivors include her husband, Dennis Mitchell of the home; son, Rogers Travolta Bailey of Bogart; brother, O. B. Ramsey of Gainesville; sisters, Tina David of Toccoa and Ruby Spidell of Gainesville.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday February 20th, 2015 from 6 pm until 8 pm. Services will be held on Saturday February 21st, 2015 at 11 am at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry David and Rev. Rob Bailey officiating. Interment will follow at Homer First Baptist Church Cemetery.
