Lucille Stancil

Lucille Stancil, age 79, of Cumming, formerly of Alpharetta, passed away Friday, February 20, 2015. A native of Cherokee County, Lucille is preceded in death by her husband, Dorsey Stancil; parents, Lee and Edna Buice and her brothers, Glenn Buice and Willie Buice.

Survivors include her brother, Clarence Buice of Alpharetta; sisters, Louise Bohannon of Mobile, AL, Dorothy Gayton of Dawsonville, Betty Fain of Atlanta; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Reuben and Martha Wallis of Cumming, Jerry and Margie Stancil of Cumming; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 24, at 2:00 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Nathan Martin and Rev. Allen Swafford officiating. Interment will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery in Roswell.

The family will receive friends Monday at Ingram Funeral Home from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.
