Berman Floyd Stovall

Mr. Berman Stovall, age 86 of Cleveland passed away Thursday March 12, 2015.

Mr. Stovall was born in White County the son of the late William Edgar and Ethel Johnson Stovall. He was preceded in death by sisters, Beulah Satterfield, Dot Fortner and brother, Grady Stovall. Mr. Stovall was a member of Blue Creek Baptist Church, a U.S. Army Veteran serving in the Korean War from 1951 thru 1953 receiving a Purple Heart, Bronze Star and Combat Infantry Badge. He was a member of the Mt. Yonah Masonic Lodge #382 for 62 years and a Woodman of the World member for 69 years.

Survivors include his wife, Dolly Stovall, Cleveland; son and daughter-in-law, Stacey and Donna Stovall, Cleveland; son, Audie Stovall, Cleveland; daughter and friend, Angela Stovall Post and Randy Holcomb, Cleveland; son and friend, Stuart Stovall and Carol Glazier, Cleveland; grandchildren, Tyler and Courteney Bence, Colt Stovall, Haley Stovall and Ashley Harris, Zach Stovall and Katie Medlock, Addi and Joe Vandergriff, Marci Stovall, Jeb Stovall; great grandchildren, Beckham Vandegriff, Amelia Jude Bence.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Sunday March 15, 2015 at Blue Creek Baptist Church. The Rev. Tony Howard, the Rev. Jason Daniell, the Rev. Gary Heffner and the Rev. Dave Fortner will officiate. Interment will be in the Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
