Joanne O’Neal Hibble of Cleveland passed away Thursday, April 9th, at

Northeast Georgia Medical Center. She was 85.

Joanne was born in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Bernard H. O’Neal and

missions and worked tirelessly in GA’s and WMU.

And she made a positive influence on many lives.
