Daisye M. Faust

Mrs. Daisye M. Faust, age 79, of Flowery Branch passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2015, due to injuries received in an automobile accident.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Flat Creek Baptist Church with interment following at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.  Rev. Mike Taylor and Rev. Fred Lodge will officiate.  The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mrs. Faust was born January 20, 1936 to the late Dan & Mattie Motes, Sr. in Stephens, Alabama.  She was a member of Flat Creek Baptist Church, where she a member of the Choir and was retired from AT&T.

Mrs. Faust is survived by her husband, Joseph C. Faust; sons & daughters-in-law, Rick & Betty Faust and Bobby & Kathy Faust; grandchildren which she loved with all her heart, Brandy Faust and Zack Faust; brothers, Dan Motes, Jr., A.C. Motes; J.W. Motes and Jerry Motes; sisters, Carrie Lee Stanley, Betty Cauley, Mary Motes, Shirley Howard, Carolyn Daugherty and Mattie Motes; and several nieces & nephews.

Flowers will be accepted or donation may be made to the Flat Creek Baptist Church Building Fund, 5504 Flat Creek Road, Gainesville, Georgia  30504.
