Baxter N. Holder

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Baxter N. Holder, age 79, of Pendergrass Ga., who passed away on Friday, May 22, 2015. Mr. Holder was born in Jackson County, GA, a son to the late Ernest Newton Holder and the late Ola Mae Martin Holder. Mr. Holder was a member of the Northeast Church in Braselton, worked at Leece Neville in Quality Control, and later was an electrician at Martin Electric in Gainesville. In addition to his parents, Mr. Holder was preceded in death by his son, Barry Allen Holder and brother, Brahman Holder.

Survivors include his wife, Wilma Baird Holder; son, Samuel Wesley Holder both of Pendergrass; sister, Irene Hackett of Jefferson; brothers, Albert Byron Holder of Dawsonville and Jack Frost Holder of Douglasville.

The Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, May 24, 2015 at 2:00pm at the Graveside in the Zion Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Russ Harbin officiating.
