Carolyn M. Scoggins, age 63 of Jefferson, GA died Friday, July 3, 2015. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Danny Newbern, Rev. Kevin Thompson and Rev. Leon Mullinax will officiate. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday, July 6, from 4-8 PM at the funeral home. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents A.J. and Clara Mullinax and infant sister, Charlotte Mullinax. Surviving are husband, Troy Scoggins, Jefferson. Daughter, Tina Kelley and husband, Marcus, Cumming, GA. Son, Bradley John Scoggins, Dawsonville, GA. Step-daughter Joy Thompson and husband Kevin, Ballground, GA. Grandchildren, Conner Bradley Lowell and Brody Hudson Kelley. Brothers, Leon Mullinax and wife, Brenda, Dacula, GA, Bill Mullinax and wife, Phoebe, Winder, GA, Bobby Mullinax and wife Karen, Buford, GA.  Sisters, Frances King and husband, Billy, Duluth, GA, Karen Myers, Jefferson, GA. Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Carolyn was native of Gwinnett County and lived most of her life in the Atlanta area. She was retired from Jaco Electronics and of the Christian Faith.
