Boyd Washington Sosebee

 Mr. Boyd Washington Sosebee, age 90 of Gainesville, passed away on Friday, July 10, 2015 at New Horizons Lanier Park following an extended illness.

            Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday, July 12, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Reverend Earl Jarrard will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 11, 2015 from 6 - 8 pm.

            Mr. Sosebee was born November 4, 1924 in Demorest, Georgia to the late Henry S. Sosebee and Kati S. Simmons Sosebee.  He retired from Con Agra and was a member of Morningside Baptist Church.  Boyd was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Clara Bell Wingo Sosebee, his sons, Carlton Henry Sosebee and Boyd Wayne Sosebee.

            Mr. Sosebee is survived by his sone & daughter-in-law, Robert Steve & Theresa Sosebee of Gainesville, sister, Sylvia Trusty of Demorest, 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
