Joan Shirley De Wilde

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Joan Shirley De Wilde, age 72, of Jefferson, who passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2015. Mrs. De Wilde was born in Chicago, Illinois, a daughter to the late Rudolph and Virginia Gary De Wilde.

Survivors include her loving companion of 23 years Royal Hills of Jefferson, son, Val Stechly, daughter, Denise M. Stechly both of Jefferson, brother, Billy De Wilde, half sisters, Karen Gary, Mary Lou Gary, Melanie Gary, half brothers, Kenny Gary, Dennis Gary and 3 Grandchildren, Julia, Amanda and Dan Stechly.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday evening at 7:00pm in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Deacon John Burke officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-7pm, prior to the service in the funeral home.
