Etta Mildred England, 75, of Gainesville passed away on Friday, July 31, 2015 at New Horizon North following an extended illness.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 3, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Springway Cemetery. Reverend Bradley Elliott will officiate. The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 2, 2015 from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. England was born on February 1, 1940 to the late Howard and Mary Lou Bryant Bond. She was retired from East Hall Middle School where she worked in the lunchroom and was a member of Springway Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, James Andrew England.
Mrs. England is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Andy and Pam England of Gainesville; grandchildren Chase Nelson and Cody (Laura) Nelson; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Syble Sims of Gainesville; sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and Bethel Midgett of Gainesville; brothers and sisters-in-law, Wendell and Opal Bond of Gainesville, Donald and Cathy Bond of Gainesville.
