James Donald Carder

James Donald Carder, 72, of Flowery Branch passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2015 following an extended illness.

                Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Reverend Scott Tanner will officiate. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 24, 2015 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

                Mr. Carder was born on February 15, 1943 in Gainesville to the late Dennis Carder and Annie Lou Carroll Carder. He was retired from Gamco and of Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Larry Carder; sisters, Evelyn Wilson and Betty England.

                Mr. Carder is survived by his daughter, Lisa Carder Miller of Gainesville; son and daughter-in-law, Rondal and Valerie Carder of Hartwell’ sister, Marilyn Head of Gainesville; brother, Ray Carder of Gainesville; Immediate family, 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
