Myrtle Austin Warren, age 89, of Clarkesville, GA and formerly of Buford, GA passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford I. Warren, Sr. and son, Clifford I. Warren, Jr. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Becky and Ernie Eison, Hoschton, GA and Sandi and Leon Johnson, Flowery Branch, GA; daughter-in-law, Diane Warren, Alpharetta, GA; six grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren; sisters and brother-in-law, Lorene Goodman, Conyers, GA, Lois Devane, Stockbridge, GA and Polly and Hoyt Smith, Madison, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Louis and Judy Austin, Madison, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Warren was born May 23, 1926 in Atlanta, GA. She was a 1943 graduate of North Fulton High School. She was a retired bookkeeper from Atlanta Psychiatric Clinic and also Sailing Atlanta in Buford, GA. She was a member of New Holland Baptist Church in Gainesville and a former member of Gravel Springs Baptist Church in Buford, GA. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 28, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Crawford officiating. Interment will follow at Peachtree Memorial Park in Norcross, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, September 27, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
