Joseph Franklin McNutt

At the age of 72, Joseph Franklin McNutt passed away unexpectedly, at home, on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 after declining health caused by neuropathy and other health complications.  He is survived by his wife Barbara and son Bill (wife Shannon), two grandchildren- Sandee and Bill Jr., three sisters- Cathy, Shirley, Liz, and one brother John, all from Alabama.  He is also survived by his brother-in-law’s- Doug (wife Carol) of Texas and Gerald from Alabama.

 Joe and Barbara are members of Pleasant Grove United Methodist church of Cumming and lived in the area since 2011.  Joe loved his family and friends dearly.  Everyone will miss his caring nature and warm heart.

Visitation with family will be Oct. 11th  from 1 to 2 pm at Pleasant Grove United Methodist church with services following at the church at 2 pm.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to any of the following:  Pleasant Grove United church, Gideon International, Feeding America, the Salvation Army, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, the Arthritis Foundation, or any other charity of your choice
