Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Friday October 16, 2015 at Pond Fork Baptist Church for Wanda Leona Parker age 57 of Murrayville. The Rev. Johnny Knight will officiate. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Mrs. Parker passed away Tuesday October 13, 2015.
Mrs. Parker was born in Lumpkin County to the late Robert Allison and Barbara Sue Palmer Smith. She was a homemaker and a member of Pond Fork Baptist Church.
Survivors include husband, Leonard Parker, Murrayville, son and daughter-in-law, Joseph Chad and Cindy Parker, Gainesville, son, Leonard Glenn Parker, Murrayville, brother, Willard Allison, Plant City, FL, sister and brother-in-law, Becky and Laine Contario, Plant City, FL, grandchildren, Angelica Sue Parker, Nikkie Leona Parker, Joseph Chad Parker Jr., Willard Marie Parker and a number of other relatives.
