Georgena Marie Ewing

        Mrs. Georgena Marie Ewing, age 73 of Cumming, passed away early Friday Morning, October 30, 2015 at Embracing Hospice in Cumming, following an extended illness.

            Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, October 31, 2015 at 4:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Reverend David Simpson will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 31, 2015 from 1 - 4 pm, prior to the service, at the funeral home.

            Mrs. Ewing was born September 9, 1942 in Linden, New Jersey to the late George Albright and Alma Riker Albright.  She was a homemaker and attended Lanier Christian Church. 

            Mrs. Ewing is survived by her husband, Tom Ewing of Cumming, daughter & son-in-law, Wendy Jean & Anton Herbst of Cumming, son & daughter-in-law, Clifford Earl & Jhonalou Shaw of McKinney, Texas, 6 grandchildren, Zachary Shaw, Jacob Shaw, Skylar Shaw, Coleman Hinojos, all of McKinney, Texas, Matthew Ivy and Seth Cox, both of Cumming and sister, Barbara Jean Amon of Flowery Branch.
