Anthony Wayne Clanton

Anthony Wayne Clanton, 48, of Cumming, GA passed away and went to be with his Lord on November 3, 2015. Born in Florence, AL he was the son of James and Linda Clanton of Florence.

Tony was a Regional Director for Swedish Match and an active member or First Redeemer Church.  A loving husband, son and father, he will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Tony is survived by his beloved wife, Michele Clanton and children, Mackenzie and Micaden Clanton of Cumming, GA; brothers, Michael Clanton of Florence, AL and Todd (Leann) Clanton of Brandenburg, KY; mother and father-in-law, Doug an Doris Hamner of Florence, Al; brother-in-law, Darrell (Amber) Hamner of Florence, AL; one nephew and five nieces; and a loving extended family.

Funeral services in Cumming will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday, November 5, 2015 in the chapel of McDonald and Son Chapel.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 7:00 pm on Thursday, prior to the services.  Funeral services in Florence, Al will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2015.
