Joan Gragg Moore

Joan Gragg Moore, age 62 of Mt Airy, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2015.

Mrs. Moore was born on September 23, 1953 in Rabun County, Georgia, to the late Clarence and Mary Carnes Gragg.  She was also preceded in death by her brother, Gary Gragg.   Mrs. Moore was a member of Grace Baptist Church.

Survivors include her loving husband of 36 years, Kenneth Moore, Mt Airy, GA; Daughter and Son in Law, Amanda and Brian Helton, Cleveland, Georgia; Son and Daughter in Law, Jerry Payne and Jennifer Bennett, Hayesville, North Carolina; Sons, Chris Payne, Clarkesville, Georgia, Josh Moore, Clarkesville Georgia; Three Sisters; Five Brothers; Grandchildren, Amber Oxner, Ryan Oxner, Tristin Helton, Kaegan Payne, Lila Payne, Trevor Farlie, Cody Moore, Caleb Moore (deceased), Baby Mckenzie; Great Grandchild, Audrey Oxner.

Memorial Services are scheduled for 11:00 am Monday, November 9, 2015 at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, with Rev. J.R. Elrod officiating. 

The family will receive friends at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel from 10:00 am until the service hour on Monday, November 9, 2015.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Southern Bank and Trust in care of Kenneth Moore 111 Southern Bank Dr Clarkesville, Ga 30523.
