Phil Veston Clark

Phil Veston Clark, 87, of Cumming, GA died on November 15, 2015.  Born in Pickens County, he was the son of the late Paul and Rosa Clark.  His beloved wife, Claudia Clark; son, Phillip Anthony Clark; sister, Nellie Thacker; and brother, Jim Clark also predeceased him.

Phil retired from Lockheed and worked for General Motors in Doraville and was a carpenter.  He was an avid gardener.  Phil was a member of First Baptist Church of Cumming.

He is survived by his son, Tim (Wanda) Clark of Panama City, FL; sister, Bertie Carnes of Cumming, GA; sister-in-law, Kay (Bob) Fowler of Cumming; many nieces and nephews; and numerous good neighbors and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association (www.alz.org) or a charity of your choice.
