Hank Jerry Priest

Mr. Hank Jerry Priest, age 72, of Commerce, GA died Monday, November 16, 2015 at his residence.  Mr. Priest was born in Lawrenceville, GA to the late Walter Atlee and Lula Bell Knight Priest.  He was employed with W.C. Smith Pulpwood Yard.

Mr. Priest is survived by his wife, Betty Carthern Priest of Commerce; children, Betty Jo Seller of Danielsville, Julie Lynn Sellers of Ila, Ralph Carthern of Maysville, Jackson Jones of Gillsville and Mary Parker of Danielsville; sisters, Barbara Ann White of Danielsville, Faye Peppers of Gratis, Linda Ewing of Conyers and Marynell Stephens of Dacula; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1 PM, Thursday, November 19 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce with Rev. Donald Wilson officiating.  Interment will follow in Grey Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 4 to 7 PM.
