Barbara Ann Norrell Palaio

Barbara Ann Norrell Palaio passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2015.

She was born on June 9, 1934 in Cumming, Georgia. Barbara graduated from the

University of Georgia with a degree in Education, and was the first woman on the

University's Rifle Team. She retired from teaching after 33 years, and became a 

Master Gardner.

She is survived by her husband, Samuel Palaio; son, Pace and Laurie

Palaio of Alpharetta, Georgia. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Peyton Palaio, Kristin Ropp, Meredith Russell, and Nicholas Palaio.
