Ricky Leroy Furniss

Memorial services for Ricky Leroy Furniss, age 56, of Clarkesville will be held on Monday, December 28, 2015 at 2:00 PM from the Hillside Memorial Chapel with Rev. Tommy Stowe officiating.   

Mr. Furniss passed away Sunday, December 20, 2015. 

Born in Marion, Ohio on September 26, 1959, Mr. Furniss was the son of Dennis Leroy Furniss of Ontario, Oregon and Carol French Furniss of Pembroke, Florida.  Mr. Furniss was a food service manager at Lee Arrendale State Prison and a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. 

In addition to his parents, Mr. Furniss is survived by his wife Susan Haas Furniss of Clarkesville, daughter Kimberly Sue Furniss of Panama City, sons Ricky L. Furniss, Jr. and Christopher Lee Furniss of Clarkesville, brother Ronnie Furniss of Fort Pierce, Florida, sisters Tammy Radabaugh of Valdosta, Georgia and Toni Osagada of Durham, North Carolina, and grandchildren Ricky, Briann and Abigail. 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service on Monday, December 28, 2015 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM.
