Doyle Baxter, age 89 of Hull, GA passed away Sunday January 03, 2016.
Mr. Baxter was the son of the late Ruben Joseph and Ruth Sanders Baxter and the widow of Lizzie Toole Baxter.
Survivors include 2 sons, James Baxter, Nicholson, Frank Baxter, Ila; 5 daughters, Mattie Christian, Danielsville, Rebecca Gearing, Danielsville, Elizabeth Davis, Hull, Angel Huff, Hull, Opal Patrick, Statham; a brother, Howard Baxter, Bowman; 2 sisters, Gladys Parson, Danielsville, Lizzie Bassett, Commerce; and a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Family will hold private services at a later date.
Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce is in charge of the arrangements.
