Norene Martin Greenlee

Norene Martin Greenlee age 82 of Oakwood passed away on Thursday January 14, 2016 at her residence following an extended illness.

            Funeral services are scheduled for Monday January 18, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with interment to follow in Baldwin City Cemetery. Bishop Bob Weaver will officiate. The family will receive friends on Sunday January 17, 2016 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home.

            Mrs. Greenlee was born on April 10, 1933 in Baldwin, Georgia to the late William McKinley Martin and Tex Anna Simmons Martin. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was retired from The Times Newspaper where she worked as an Accounting Clerk. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Bud D. Greenlee, 2 sisters, 1 brother.

            She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Don and Terry Greenlee of Oakwood, daughter, Kathleen Greenlee Harbin of West Columbia, SC, grandchildren, Garrett Harbin, Ryan Harbin, Victoria Harbin, Holly Wright, and Michael Wright, sister and brother-in-law, Hazel and Hargrove Cook of Alto, brothers and sisters-in-laws, Brantley and Peggy Martin of Gainesville, Ronald and Theresa Martin of Cornelia, and Alfred and Debbie Martin of Baldwin.
