Marjory Sue Worley Stockton

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Marjory Sue Worley Stockton, age 74 of Jefferson, Georgia who entered into rest Thursday, January 28, 2016.  Mrs. Stockton was born in Jefferson, Georgia a daughter of the late Tom and Nell Payne Worley, was retired from the manufacturing industry and was a member of Living Word Worship Center.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Stockton is preceded by sisters, Doris Lance and Hazel Nix.

Survivors include her husband James Stockton of Jefferson, two sons; Randall Edward Stockton of Douglasville and James Rickard Stockton of Jefferson.  Two brothers; Ralph Worley of Jefferson and Thomas Worley of Gainesville.  One sister, Lucille Lee of Winder, eleven grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Monday, February 1, 2016 from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Hayman officiating with burial to follow in Woodbine Cemetery.  Gentlemen honored as pallbearers are Jeremy Stockton, Brian Stockton, Dalton Miller, Melvin Moore, Brandon Stockton and Michael Sasser.  The family will receive friends Sunday, January 31, 2016, 6 – 8 P.M..
