Barbara Lee Campbell Burnette

Mrs. Barbara Lee Campbell Burnette age 87 of 258 Letourneau Drive passed away Friday February 5, 2016 at Willow Gardens of Toccoa.

A daughter of the late Steve and Ellijay Ginn Campbell, she was born November 19, 1928 in Franklin County, Georgia having lived most of her life in Stephens County. She was a retired homemaker and a member of Toccoa First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Dewitt Burnette and a daughter Maxine Kirkland.

Survivors include a son William “Bill” Burnette of Palmetto, Georgia and a brother and sister-in-law Fred and Mable Campbell of Mobile, Alabama.

Funeral services will be Sunday February 7 at 2 P.M. at the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Reverend Dr. John Brown officiating. The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Saturday from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M.

Interment will follow in Allen’s United Methodist Church Cemetery.
