James I. Smith

            Mr. James I. Smith, age 64 of Gainesville, passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

            Memorial services will be held at a later date.

            Mr. Smith was born August 14, 1951 in Winder, Georgia to the late Lovic Smith and Betty Smith.  He was retired from Ouzts Chevrolet and was a member of Corner Stone Christian Church. 

            Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Pat Kimbrel Smith of Gainesville, son, Brandon J. Smith of Gainesville, granddaughter, Kylie Smith of Gainesville and brother, Robby Smith of Gainesville.
