Don Matthew “Matt” Bryner

Obituary Date: Wednesday, February 17, 2016

Mr. Don Matthew “Matt” Bryner age 49 of Gainesville passed away on Wednesday February 17, 2016 at his residence following an extended illness.

            Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday February 21, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park South Cemetery. Reverend Bill McKinney will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday February 20, 2016 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

            Mr. Bryner was born on May 01, 1966 in Lima, Ohio to the late Jay Bryner and Judy Biddle Bryner. He worked for the U.S. Postal Service from 1989 until present and also served in the United States Air Force from 1986-1996 and also with the U.S. Army from 2009-2016 and was a member of Liberty Bible Church. He served 6 tours in Desert Storm and 1 tour in OEF in Afghanistan. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Patrick Bryner.

            He is survived by his spouse, Sharon Jones Bryner of Gainesville, son and daughter-in-law, Frank Earls and Savannah Browder of Dawsonville, daughter, Marissa Bryner of Cleveland, son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Lori Earls of Gainesville, son and daughter-in-law, Joe Earls and Caroline Barker of Braselton, son, Dallas Dale of Gainesville, grandson, Caden Frank Earls of Cumming, grand-daughter, Aubrey Ann Earls of Braselton, grandson and grand-daughter, Chase and Jordan Gunter of Gainesville, grandson, Gavin Gunter of Gainesville, grandson, Kaden Ware of Gainesville, grand-daughter, Kaleigha Ware of Gainesville, great-grand-daughter, Blair Gunter of Gainesville, sister, Lezlie Harris of Nevada, sister and brother-in-law, Michelle Garcia and Chris Dunster of Lima, Ohio, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Burl and Ann Jones, a number of nieces and nephews, friend, Dan Williams of  Blairsville, friend of 49 years, Don Boldwin of Lawrenceville, IL.
