Danny Paul Hill

            Mr. Danny Paul Hill, age 61, of Commerce died Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at Athens Regional Medical Center.  Mr. Hill was born in Commerce to Virginia Ann Reynolds Hill of Nicholson and the late, Dewey Paul Hill.  Mr. Hill worked at the University of Georgia and was a member of Nicholson Baptist Church.

            In addition to his mother, Mr. Hill is also survived by his wife, Patricia Sue McNabb Hill of Commerce; sons, Greg Hill of Jefferson, Ross Burkhalter of Commerce, Josh Burkhalter of Nicholson, and Dillon Hill of Clarksville; brother, Mark Hill of Nicholson; and eleven grandchildren.

            Funeral service will be held Friday, April 8^th at 2:00 PM from Nicholson Baptist Church with Rev. Zach Hawks officiating with the interment following at the Maxwell Family Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday night from 5-8 PM.
