Claudine Stewart

            Mrs. Claudine Stewart, age 87, of Commerce died Monday, April 18, 2016 at Northridge Medical Center.  Mrs. Stewart was born in Commerce to the late, Gordon F. and Cora Beck Garrett.  Mrs. Stewart was a homemaker.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Stewart was also preceded in death by her husband, William Ludon Stewart.

            Mrs. Stewart is survived by her sisters, Betty Gee of Commerce and Emma Brooks of Athens.

            Funeral service will be held Thursday, April 21^st at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Hill officiating with the interment following at Oconee Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 12-2 PM.
