William Oliver Lightfoot

William Oliver Lightfoot age 88 of Commerce passed away Saturday April 30, 2016 at Athens Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Lightfoot was born on January 4, 1928 to the late Warren & Betty Baker Lightfoot. He was retired, and served his Country in the United States Navy having fought in World War II.
Survivors include, wife, Bernell Rylee Lightfoot, of Commerce, sons, Danny Lightfoot of TN, & Larry Lightfoot of NC, step-son, Ronald Rylee of Lula, daughter, Becky Medina of Buford, step-daughters, Gladyne Davison of Carnesville, & Brenda Nicholson of Commerce, a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren, & other relatives also survive.
Memorial Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday May 2, 2016 at the Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Campbell officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until the service time on Monday at the funeral home.
