Larry B. Wilson

Mr. Larry B. Wilson, age 68, of Jefferson died Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at his residence.  Mr. Wilson was born in Jefferson to the late, Sheddie and Mary Sue Brooks Wilson.  Mr. Wilson was a truck driver and a member of Brockton Road Baptist Church.  He was a great husband, father, and grandfather.  He loved kids, fishing, and would help anybody he could at anytime.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Wilson was also preceded in death by his brother, Lapratha Wilson.

Mr. Wilson is survived by his wife, Dianne Marlow Wilson of Jefferson; son, Joshua B. Wilson (Michelle) of Nicholson; daughter, Heather Boswell of Jefferson; grandson, Elijah B. Wilson of Nicholson; brothers, Emory, Shedrick, and Fulton Wilson all of Jefferson and Jimmy Wilson of Nicholson; sister, Mary Jehoshapha (Jo) Wilson Dowdy of Hull.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 4^th at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Jesse Mealor officiating with the interment following at Bethany United Methodist Church.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday night from 6-8 PM.
