Estelle Honea Caine, age 92 of Gainesville, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at The Oaks at Scenic View in Baldwin.
Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with Reverend Wayne Hicks officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 13, 2016 from 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00pm at the funeral home.
Ms. Caine was born March 24, 1924 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Elmer Honea and the late Eddie (Adams) Honea. She was a personal caregiver and was a member of New Haven Church.
Ms. Caine is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Julie Dodd of Oakwood; son and daughter-in-law, Phil and Brenda Dodd of Pace, Florida; son and daughter-in-law, Johnny and Diane Dodd of McDonough; grandchildren, Michael (Rachel) Dodd of Wasilla, Alaska; Christy (Scott) McCall of Buford; Cody (Roxanna) Dodd of Oakwood; Brittany (Jonathan) Shaffer of Gainesville; great-grandchildren, Carson Dodd of Wasilla, Alaska; Evan Dodd of Wasilla, Alaska; Ansleigh McCall of Buford; Hayleigh McCall of Buford; Carleigh McCall of Buford; Taylor Dodd of Oakwood; Braelyn Hall of Gainesville and Amelia Shaffer of Gainesville.
