Rossly Ann Brown Shook

Mrs. Rossly Ann Brown Shook, age 76, of Commerce, GA died Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at St. Mary’s Hospital.  Mrs. Shook was born in Homer to the late Harold and Naomi Kimbrell Sheridan.  She was a member of The Grove and retired from Blue Bell.

Mrs. Shook is survived by her husband, Jim Harlan Shook of Commerce; son, Rocky Brown of Tampa, FL; daughter, Wanda Dean of Commerce; brother, Leon Sheridan of Nicholson; sisters, Earline Simmons of Carnesville and Carolyn Sheridan of Commerce; and grandsons, Matthew Dean of Commerce and Colton Dean of Charleston, WV. 

Funeral services will be at 11 AM, Saturday, June 18 at The Grove with Rev. John Wood officiating.  Interment will follow in Jackson Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday night from 5 to 8 PM.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Mary’s Foundation, 1230 Baxter Street, Athens, GA 30606-3791.
